1) How to register on Totarammaharajvivahsanstha Matrimony?

2) How soon will my profile be approved?

Your profile will be approved within 24-48 hours, if all the necessary fields are updated with valid data. In case your profile isn’t approved, our support executive will call you get the missing details and will get it approved.

3) Will my profile be visible to everyone on the app without approval?

No, profile will only be visible to all or appear in search list post approval only.

4) Why am I getting very less matches on the site?

The number of matches you get depend directly on your set partner preference criteria and the personal information you have provided. So, recheck your partner preferences and widen your criteria if possible. Provide your personal details (family background, academic background, professional background, physical description etc.) to get more matches.
 

5) How can I get good response on my profile?

A profile with decent profile pictures and detailed biodata will get higher number of responses. Try to upload good quality pictures and set relevant expectation criteria.

6) How do I modify my profile details?

Log in to your profile in web/mobile app. Go to “Profile->My Profile” section. Now, you can edit your profile picture or information related to Personal Details, Education & Career Details, Horoscope Details, Family Details and Partner Expectations Details.

7) Can I upload Janam Kundali or biodata(Marathi)?

Yes, Log in to your profile in web/mobile app. At top of view profile button their is Horoscope upload button, from this you can upload Janam Kundali or biodata.

8) Is it possible to search profiles according to my preferences?

Yes. We show your matching profiles under “Matches” tab according to the Partner Expectations Details you have updated. But, you can search more profiles using Filter option.

9) Why am I not able to view the contacts/photo of all the profiles?

It is because, the profile you are looking for has enabled privacy setting to hide their contact details or your profile doesn’t match the expectation criteria set by that particular profile

10) How to delete my profile?

Go to settings on “Me” page and select “Delete Profile” option. Kindly provide a genuine reason to delete the account and proceed further.
